Caring For Hand-Blown Glass
Each vessel is shaped by hand in our studio, and with a little care, it will stay beautiful for years to come. Here are a few tips:
-
Clean Gently. Your glass is dishwasher-friendly, but we recommend hand-washing with warm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaners, as they can dull the surface over time.
-
Handle with Care. Every piece is unique in weight and form. Hold from the base or the thickest point, especially when moving or arranging it.
-
Keep Away From Extreme Temperatures. Rapid temperature changes can stress glass. Avoid placing it near open flames, very hot water, or direct heat sources.
-
Use As Intended. Our vessels are perfect for florals or display. If using with water, empty and dry periodically to keep the glass pristine.
-
Find Its Light. Hand-blown glass comes alive in natural light. Displaying it near a window or soft illumination brings out the depth and movement in the color.
