SECTION 1 - WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT, AND WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, physical address. email address and other contact information you may provide to us (“Personal Information”). Your payment information is collected by our provider, Shopify, as described in Section 4 of this Policy.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may also use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to help us and our service providers assess the use of our website by customers and visitors and to improve our website’s performance (“Website Usage Data”). The Website Usage Data we collect does not include your Personal Information.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You may unsubscribe from our marketing e-mails at any time by clicking on the “Unsubcribe” link in our e-mails.

How do you get my consent?

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY AND OTHER THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Please be aware certain or our providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
Our store is currently hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform and payments support that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Your payment data for purchases made on this website is subject to Shopify’s policies. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify processes your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to protect the security of your Personal Information.
Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we and our third party service providers follow and implement generally accepted industry standards applicable to retail e-commerce.
SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT; WEBSITE NOT DIRECTED TO CHILDREN UNDER 13
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Our Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from them. If you learn that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at email@example.com, and we will promptly delete such data.
DO NOT TRACK
You may have implemented a “do not track” signal through your browser. As there currently is no fixed standard for do not track signals, we currently do not respond to do not track signals from your web browser.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
